Today I was shopping two 6 year old boys in tow and when I couldn't start the car at the supermarket car park, after trying and not understanding the sophisticated mechanics of our relatively new Range Rover, I called you.
In my stressed-out state I was received by such a calming and helpful person on the phone, who quickly put me through to someone who not only tried to assist me on the phone. This person then took the time to travel to the upper level car park and sort out the problem, within about 4 minutes.
Thank you Land Rover North One for your support and I now I realise why you stand by the words 'Quality and Excellence'.
